Anxiety

Anxiety is a natural stress response that becomes a clinical concern when it’s persistent, disproportionate, or interferes with daily life.

Anxiety is a normal human response to perceived threat, it helps us prepare, focus and respond. It becomes a concern when it’s frequent, out of proportion to the situation, or starts to interfere with work, relationships or daily life. Counselling can help by identifying triggers, building coping strategies, and addressing underlying patterns.
