Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

A practical, structured therapy that helps you identify and change unhelpful thinking and behaviour patterns. One of the most-researched approaches for anxiety and low mood.

CBT is one of the most researched psychological therapies. It works on the idea that our thoughts, feelings and behaviours are connected, and that by shifting unhelpful thinking patterns or behaviours, we can change how we feel. It’s widely used for anxiety, depression, sleep difficulty, phobias, and more.
